Dinosaurs Unearthed at Manitoba Museum

Dinosaurs have invaded the Manitoba Museum!

A new exhibit called, Dinosaurs Unearthed, combines the latest scientific research with state of the art, life-sized animatronic dinosaurs.  This impressive combination creates a unique, immersive experience.

The 5,000-square-foot exhibition contains real fossils, full-skeleton replicas and robotic dinosaurs. Two of the dinosaurs can be controlled by visitors, while others are motion-activated.

Some of the hands-on activities suitable for all audiences include a “dig”  table where you can uncover fossils, a scavenger hunt, a hands-on interpretive cart and a dinosaur craft station. (Photos by LuAnn Lovlin)
