Free Sahaja Yoga sessions return to Winnipeg

Dr. Andrei Harabor and Dr. Cristina Harabor invite everyone to a free public event to kickoff Sahaja Yoga free guided meditation classes in Winnipeg.

The event will be this Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, for two sessions 1:30-2:30 p.m. and 3:00 – 4 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to join in for both sessions to go deeper into the knowledge and experience the true benefits of attaining the state of “self-realization.”

One can sit in a chair with no hard poses, or on the floor if they prefer.

The event will be at Henderson Library in Winnipeg, 1050 Henderson Highway in Meeting Room One.

There is no experience necessary and everyone is welcome to RSVP to save your spot by text or call Paula at 289-242-2755 or drop in with friends.

The word Yoga is an ancient Sanskrit language word that means “union” or “connection.” Sahaja means “spontaneous” and “born with.”

Dr. Andrei Harabor will offer a presentation from his experience in the medical field about the health benefits of practicing Sahaja Yoga meditation, as well as offer a guided meditation session and chakra workshop.

Sahaja Yoga will offer free classes at rotating libraries throughout Winnipeg from November 2017 to March 2018. The best way to find out when the next classes are, is to subscribe to the website
