Daniel McIntyre promises to be one of this year’s tightest election races. In 2010, a mere 352 votes separated the top three contenders and incumbent Harvey Smith, despite losing his long-time NDP endorsement, kept his seat with just 28 per cent of the vote.
This time around, those top three are back on the ballot as well as John Cardoso, who finished a distant fifth in 2010, and new entrants Godwin Smith and Dave Donaldson.
