The game was a thriller and the show on and off the field was spectacular.
The Ottawa RedBlacks jumped out to an early 13-0 lead in the 103rd Grey Cup, but would falter as Mike Reilly took command, leading the Edmonton Eskimos to a 26-20 victory.
Reilly was named MVP, and the loss was a disappointing one for quarterback Henry Burris of Ottawa.
The win was Edmonton’s 14th in a Grey Cup, and their first since 2005.
The week long celebrations leading up to the big game were applauded as a huge success by thousands of fans who came from far and wide to enjoy the event.
