How dangerous is it to text while driving?
Manitoba Public Insurance has stepped up its campaign to warn drivers about the potentially fatal consequences of using a cell phone while driving.
Recently, MPI brought its Driving and Texting simulator to the University of Winnipeg so students and others in attendance could safely experience the dangers of texting while driving.
